Payments
You can pay for your goods, services and/or products by any of the methods specified on the electronic order form on the website, which includes, but are not limited to credit card and Pay Pal. When paying by credit card you authorise Amplifier Agency Pty Ltd to debit your nominated card at the time you submit your order. The name on the credit card used for the payment must match the name on the order. In paying or attempting to pay for the good and services, you agree that you have not engaged in any fraudulent conduct or contravened any law. You will receive a tax Invoice by email once payment in respect of your order has been processed.
All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. Amplifier Agency Pty Ltd will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order. Amplifier Agency Pty Ltd. reserves the right to limit the quantities and or types of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. Amplifier Agency Pty Ltd. will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Amplifier Agency Pty Ltd. will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods, services or products ordered are not available or there is a delay in delivery Amplifier Agency Pty Ltd will notify its customers within 5 business days. Fraud Prevention

This address verification is intended to ensure that the “bill to” address that you provide matches your credit card address. Amplifier Agency also reserves the right, at its discretion, not to ship items ordered or purchased on this website to certain addresses.
Refunds
Defective items will be replaced. Amplifier Agency Pty Ltd will not process refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All refund requests need to be made in writing to support@amplifieragency.com within 7 days of purchase.
In the event that Amplifier Agency Pty Ltd chooses not to deliver an item, you will be notified by email and any amount charged to your credit card will be refunded.
It is a condition of Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and other card schemes that refunds be processed on the same card as the original payment was made in order to minimise the possibility of fraudulent activity on cards. Amplifier Agency is required to comply with all card scheme rules in order to be able to accept these card types, and as such, all of your refunds will be credited to the card you nominated in your order.
Exclusive Remedy
You agree that Amplifier Agency Pty Ltd’s entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, with respect to any goods and services provided under this Agreement and any breach of this Agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid for such goods or service. Amplifier Agency Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any of its goods or services or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or services.

A failure or delay by Amplifier Agency Pty Ltd to exercise a power or right under these Terms and Conditions does not constitute as a waiver of that power or right, and the exercise of a power or right by Amplifier Agency Pty Ltd does not preclude its future exercise or the exercise of any power or right. The laws of Victoria, Australia govern this agreement. Your transaction is deemed to have taken place in St Kilda, Victoria.
